EDE Team Grows with Addition of VP of Sales & Engagement and Digital Marketing Manager

We are excited to announce the addition of two new team members! We would like to welcome Max Maxwell as VP of Sales & Engagement and Stephanie Coupland as Digital Marketing Manager. 

Maxwell comes to EDE with over 25 years of industry experience and a passion for bringing his clients’ visions to life. His background in visual communication and psychology enables him to communicate with clients on an artistic and spatial level. Maxwell’s work has been featured in various publications, and he has been a member of the Midwest Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) board for four years.

Coupland joins the team with three years of experience in live event marketing, with a focus on content creation and digital strategy. She has a deep understanding of creating memorable customer journeys and provides a fresh millennial perspective. Coupland’s role will support us in providing relevant and educational content to trade show managers and event marketers seeking valuable industry resources.

We can’t wait to see you both succeed and are happy to have you as part of the EDE family!

EDE Makes Event Marketer’s Fab 50 2018

EDE Corporation is thrilled to announce our presence on Event Marketer’s Fab 50 list of 2018. For six years, Event Marketer has been curating their Fab 50 to list the top fabricators of the event industry, including EDE. We’re thrilled to be a part of this list and would like to congratulate all the other exhibit houses included as well.

Xfinity Space Ready for Opening Day


When Comcast was ready to refresh and repurpose their Fundamentals Deck at US Cellular Field, EDE worked closely with GMR Marketing and the Chicago White Sox to renovate the space. In just 4 weeks, our team provided in-house engineering, demo, fabrication, paint, graphics, and lighting to update the sponsored space.

2013 Review

2013 was one for the books. We grew as a company, broke ground on a new warehouse facility and grew as families with weddings and births for our employees. We wanted to take a moment to thank our clients and partners and reflect on some highlights from the past year.

Without loyal and ambitious clients we could not have accomplished all that we did. Collaborations with designers, architects, vendors and outside teams helped our appreciative in-house staff bring clients’ stories to life.

Quietly Green


Green and eco-friendly have been buzz words in many industries, including ours, for years.  They’re words that get thrown around design meetings, marketing analyses and on the trade show floor itself quite often.  You don’t need to be reminded about its existence; you need a reminder of why it’s important and where to get inspiration.

Vendors and exhibitors alike have expanded their green products and have controlled their costs.  Shows like Greenbuild have made environmental responsibility a requirement for exhibitors.  Green is not just a fad or trend, but an ever expanding cornerstone of our industry.  We can agree that this is all good news not just for tax benefits, cost saving or corporate image, but also for the overall health of employees, customers and the world in general.

Influenced by our long-time clients, EDE has been quietly taking action since 1994 when a client first indicated that this was a need for their events.  It has never been a major part of our marketing, but we realized we’ve been holding out on you.  Starting this month, you can find green tips, eco-friendly client and vendor highlights and inspiration by following us on G+, our new hub for helping the promotion of environmentally sound principles within the exhibit business.

EDE Expansion

On the drive down 74th street, visitors to EDE often question what is going on with the lot next door.  Our answer has always been that it is the location of our future growth.  Well the time has finally come; EDE’s facilities are expanding, with the completion date scheduled for November of 2013.

The new building will be built with a focus on warehousing, and as such we are implementing increased energy efficiency and logistical management to keep overhead costs down.  Along with the new warehousing space, the space will be used to increase our exhibit preview abilities.  The new building will be 100’ wide x 370’ long x 30’ tall, all without internal supports meaning exhibits of any size can be easily previewed with greater flexibility.

What of the old space?  The fabrication/woodworking shops will get an upgrade in size as well by expanding into the old warehouse.  As more and more projects come in, the extra room will be even more appreciated.

The new space is only a portion of the tangible growth.  Since the beginning of the year, we have also added to our team with the hiring of new sales, account management, carpenters and marketing staff members.  We would not have the need to expand if it weren’t for our clients, both new and continued. Thank you for driving our business to this point.
