For the HRS show, PaceMate challenged us to create an activation that felt energizing, purposeful, and unmistakably their own. We designed a space that started with strong visual branding overhead, then led attendees on a refined journey from welcoming reception to demo zones and theater-style conversations. Every detail — from material choices to guest giveaways — reinforced PaceMate’s identity and created memorable moments.
Bold Branding in High-Impact Exhibit Design

The booth was streamlined to maximize the attendee experience, starting with a warm greeting at the reception desk. Attendees were then guided to a demo station, followed by an in-depth talk from experts in a theater setting.
