Longyear Museum
The Longyear Museum located just outside of Boston was dedicated to Mary Baker Eddy, founder of Christian Science and the only American woman to found a religious denomination. The museum was appointed in rich natural mahogany, brushed stainless steel, and frosted glass. The entrance to the museum featured a series of oversized glass pieces with mounted graphics along with silk-screened text. Behind the frosted glass was a projection system that illuminated the entire wall with a soothing wave-like glow.
