Lincoln Park Zoo

The Regenstein African Journey, an entirely new branch of Lincoln Park Zoo’s established exhibits, tells a compelling story of habitat conservation in Africa. The exhibit incorporated lively colored graphics and multimedia displays to help answer the question, "Why should I care for these animals?" The use of interactive structures like a termite mound, which children could crawl inside to see the workings of the African termite, gives visitors of all ages a more vivid understanding of Africa’s endangered wildlife.
